Designing your dream outdoor space can feel overwhelming. Our design consultation gives you time with an experienced designer who will help you plan a garden tailored to your space, style, and way of life.

Before your consultation, we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire so we understand your goals, your property, and how you want to use the space.

How a consultation works

How do I book?

You prepay for your consultation at the time of booking at Baltimore Valley Garden Centre. Our consultant will then reach out to arrange an appointment and send you a package and questionnaire to complete.

What happens at the appointment?

Our consultant meets you at your property for a one-hour consultation, listens to your goals and concerns, and assesses your landscape.

What is the difference between Level One and Level Two?

Level One includes an assessment and a written summary of recommended actions, along with a list of plant materials and amendments. Level Two adds on-site measurements and a hand-drawn design based on your meeting, in addition to the summary and plant list.

Are there additional fees?

Additional time beyond the first hour is payable per hour to the consultant. Travel expenses apply per kilometre for locations over 25 km from the garden centre.
