A Thoughtful Plan for Your Outdoor Space
Before your consultation, we’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire so we can better understand your goals, your property, and how you want to use your outdoor space.
During the consultation, our designer will focus on the areas that matter most to you and help create a plan that includes:
• Plant recommendations suited to your space
• Layout ideas for garden beds and landscaping
• Suggestions for trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Guidance on colour, texture, and seasonal interest
• Practical advice based on local growing conditions

How does a consultation work?
• You will be asked to prepay for your consultation at the time of booking at Baltimore Valley Garden Centre
• Our consultant will reach out to you to book an appointment
• You will be given a consultation package and be asked to complete a questionnaire.
• Our consultant will meet with you at your location for a one hour consultation
Additional time per hour is payable to our consultant.
Additional travel expenses apply per kilometer over 25km from garden centre.
We Offer Two Levels Of Design Consultation:
Level One:
• Our consultant will assess your landscape and review your completed questionnaire.
• They will listen to your desires and concerns.
• Will make recommendations based on the location and size of your landscape.
Consultant will prepare a summary of recommended actions, along with a list of plant materials and amendments for your landscape.
Level Two:
• Our consultant will assess your landscape and review your completed questionnaire.
• They will listen to your desires and concerns.
• The consultant will take measurements and prepare a hand drawn outline listing all the plants and the scope of the project
• Will make recommendations based on the location and size of your landscape.
Consultant will prepare a custom drawn design for you based on the meeting, along with a summary of recommended actions and a list of plant materials and amendments for your landscape.
